有人总觉得公文好写,立意不难.其实公文立意也并非易事,必须认真对待.曾见过一篇请求配备汽车的篇幅短小的请示,开头就说,“目前全市各兄弟单位都已配备了汽车,而我局至今还是无车单位”.这虽然也反映了实际情况,但立意并不正确,好象人家有车,我也得有.正确的主旨应该是工作需要,请求配备汽车.由此可见,研究公文写作,同写一般文章一样,不能不重视立
