为了缓解环境污染的日益严重化,使用绿色环保可降解材料来制备吸水材料。本实验以蒸馏水作溶剂,将γ-聚谷氨酸与魔芋粉分别溶解在蒸馏水中,按照不同的配比,在不同交联剂及水浴温度(如:70℃、80℃、90℃)下共混持续搅拌3小时,然后倒入130×130mm的塑料培养皿中,最后在50℃下干燥恒温烘箱中烘干。结果表明:当反应温度90℃时,交联剂为丙三醇,魔芋粉与γ-聚谷氨酸比例为2:1时,所制得的吸水材料交联度、吸水性、强度等综合性能最佳。
