用741杨根系浸提液处理主要农作物和常见田间杂草的种子进行发芽试验,结果表明:741杨的他感作用是存在的。当741杨根浸提液的浓度分别为1,5mg·mL~-1时,对大豆、花生种子萌发有极显著的促进作用,高浓度则无明显影响;低浓度时对它们的幼苗根长和苗高生长具有促进作用,随着浓度的增大促进作用可达显著到极显著水平。玉米在没提液浓度最低时,种子萌发和幼苗根长及苗高的生长受到显著抑制,中等浓度时略有促进,但不明显。反枝苋、蟋蟀草受浸提液的抑制作用明显;小麦、狗尾草、虎尾草、马唐在高浓度时明显受到抑制,中低浓度时影响不明显。
