本文以对两岸机电贸易概况及检验检疫主要情况的统计和分析为基础,结合检验检疫职能特点,阐述检验检疫措施在两岸机电产品贸易中的目的意义和作用,并从调控总量、保障安全、便利贸易、推动产业对接等四个层面进行具体分析,提出提升检验检疫措施作用促进两岸机电产品贸易发展的对策思路。一、两岸机电产品贸易概况目前,两岸货物贸易总量已经超过1200亿美元,大陆已经成为台湾地区最大的贸易伙伴、第一大出口目的地和第二大进口来源地。在两岸货物贸易中,机电产品一直占有主导地位。
Based on the statistics and analysis of the general situation of electromechanical trade between both sides of the Taiwan Strait and the main conditions of inspection and quarantine, this paper expounds the purpose and function of inspection and quarantine measures in the trade of electromechanical products between the two sides of the strait, combining with the features of inspection and quarantine functions. Facilitating trade and promoting industrial docking, and put forward some countermeasures to enhance the role of inspection and quarantine measures and promote the development of trade in electromechanical products across the Taiwan Strait. I. Cross-Strait Trade in Machinery and Electronic Products At present, the total volume of cross-Strait goods trade has exceeded 120 billion U.S. dollars. The Mainland has become the largest trading partner in Taiwan, the largest export destination and the second largest source of imports. In cross-strait trade in goods, mechanical and electrical products have always dominated.
