研究了2,4-D、GA_3、NAA、ABA和乙烯利对紫花芒果后熟的作用。2,4-D、GA_3和NAA对芒果后熟期的颜色转黄、叶绿素降解、类胡萝卜素(总类胡萝卜素、α-胡萝卜素、β-胡萝卜素或叶黄素)上升和硬度下降有减慢作用,能延缓果实的后熟,其中以GA_3最明显;乙烯利和ABA则加速芒果的后熟;5种生长调节剂最终都可导致可溶性糖含量上升;除GA_3可延缓果肉的酸度下降外,其他生长调节剂对酸度变化影响不大。
The effects of 2,4-D, GA_3, NAA, ABA and ethephon on the ripening of Vitex mango were studied. The color yellowing, chlorophyll degradation, carotenoids (total carotenoids, α-carotene, β-carotene or lutein) and decrease in hardness of mango after ripening stage were induced by 2,4-D, GA_3 and NAA Slowed down and delayed fruit ripening, of which GA_3 was the most obvious; ethephon and ABA accelerated the ripening of mango; 5 kinds of growth regulators eventually led to the increase of soluble sugar content; except for GA_3, the acidity of pulp could be delayed , Other growth regulators have little effect on the change of acidity.
