能量消耗和矿物的回收这两个工业上存在的问题是近五年来在破碎研究领域中一直处于支配地位的研究课题。当脆性颗粒迅速受到冲击时,都需对碎裂过程有一个新的和基本的了解。新的实验程序使用超速加载盒(UltrafastLoadCell)、双摆和高精度图像分析仪,并且取得了实验数据,提供了建立碎裂过程新模型的重要依据。新型破碎设备正在利用更合理科学的具有应用价值的理论模型为设计、放大和最优化的破碎作业提供了可靠的依据。
The two industrial problems of energy consumption and recovery of minerals are the subject of research that has dominated crushing research in the last five years. When fragile particles are rapidly attacked, a new and basic understanding of the fragmentation process is required. The new experimental program uses an Ultrafast LoCell, double pendulum and high-precision image analyzer with experimental data and provides an important basis for establishing a new model of the fragmentation process. The new crushing plant is using a more rational and scientific theoretical model with value for the design, enlarge and optimize the crushing operations provide a reliable basis.
