On December 13, 2013, a seminar on basic education reform jointly organized by the China Democracy and Education Commission and the China Education Association High School Education Committee was held in Beijing 101 Middle School. The theme of the conference was to study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee regarding deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education, and put forward the management system, teaching system and mechanism for the general high school reform.
