采用日本血吸虫感染动物制备小白鼠病理性肝纤维化模型。并观察平肝散对早期血吸虫性肝纤维化病理过程的阻断及逆转作用。中药组动物血清Ⅰ型前胶原(PC-Ⅰ)及血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)含量减少,血清Ⅲ型前胶原与对照组比较有显著性差异;动物血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)均低于实验对照组;肝组织中羟脯氨酸(HYp)含量下降。图象分析结果表明平肝散能使日本血吸虫性肝虫卵肉芽肿的周长、最大直径及最小直径缩小,肝内病灶中网状纤维减少,增生纤维组织所占面积下降,肝病灶炎性细胞浸润明显减轻。
A rat model of pathological liver fibrosis was prepared by infecting animals with Schistosoma japonicum. And observe the blocking and reversal effect of Pinggan Powder on the pathological process of early schistosomiasis liver fibrosis. The content of serum type I procollagen (PC-I) and serum type III procollagen (PC-III) in animals of traditional Chinese medicine group was reduced, and serum type III procollagen was significantly different from that of the control group; animal serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-) α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were lower than the experimental control group; the content of hydroxyproline (HYp) in the liver tissue decreased. Image analysis results show that Pinggan Powder can reduce the girth, the maximum diameter and the minimum diameter of the egg granuloma of schistosomiasis japonicum in Japan, decrease the reticular fibers in the liver lesions, reduce the area occupied by the proliferating fibrous tissue, and reduce the liver inflammation. Cell infiltration is significantly reduced.
