重视思想政治工作是我们党的优良传统和政治优势,是经济工作和其它一切工作的生命线,也是企业做好各项工作的前提和条件。当前,随着改革的不断深化和市场经济体制的逐步完善,企业处于经济发展转型的关键时期,经济利益多样化及各种利益关系的调整,企业职工的思想观念、价值取向发生很大变化,企业思想政治工作面临着许多新的挑战。如何适应新形势和新任务要求,切实增强企业思想政治工作的实效性,是当前企业思想政治工作需要认真对待和深入探讨的重要课题。
Attaching great importance to ideological and political work is our Party’s fine tradition and political superiority, the lifeline of economic work and all other work, and is also the prerequisite and condition for enterprises to do a good job in various fields. At present, with the continuous deepening of reform and the gradual improvement of the market economy system, enterprises are in a crucial period of economic restructuring and transformation, diversification of economic interests and adjustment of various interest relations. Their ideology and value orientation have undergone great changes. Enterprise ideological and political work faces many new challenges. How to adapt to the new situation and the requirements of new tasks and effectively enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work in enterprises is an important issue that needs to be taken seriously and in-depth discussed by the current ideological and political work of enterprises.
