在被弓形虫、锥虫和伯氏疟原虫感染的动物中已发现有干扰素,但至今尚未发现在疟疾病人中存在循环干扰素。为此作者对此进行了研究,以探讨人疟过程中是否出现干扰素。研究的对象为100名经薄血片或厚滴血证实的疟疾患者,其中恶性疟67例、间日疟16例、卵形疟13例、三日疟4例。51例系曾在流行区短期居留的法国人均系初次感染,49例系从流行区来的非洲或东南亚移民。另有200名来到过疟区也无其它寄生虫或病毒感染的献血员作为对照。
Interferons have been found in animals infected with toxoplasma, trypanosomes and berghei plasmodium, but so far no circulating interferon has been found in malaria patients. To this end, the author conducted a study to investigate whether human interferon appears during human malaria. The study was conducted on 100 malaria patients confirmed by thin blood film or blood drip, including 67 cases of Plasmodium falciparum, 16 cases of Plasmodium vivax, 13 cases of Oviduct malaria and 4 cases of Plasmodium malaria. Fifty-one French patients who had previously resided briefly in endemic areas were initially infected and 49 were immigrants from Africa or Southeast Asia from the prevailing area. Another 200 blood donors who had been to malaria and had no other parasites or viral infections were used as controls.
