在我国信用制度变迁过程中,由于传统文化的深刻影响,以及我们在市场经济信用制度上的理论比较欠缺,加上市场制度创建之初的不完善,市场信用制度不可避免地对人伦信用产生路径依赖,从而使市场信用制度过分依赖人伦信用而失去其特色。因此,本文从我国实际情况出发,考虑其路径依赖的原因,从中进行分析,并提出解决的方案。
