目前,房建施工企业竞争日趋激烈,面对小业主越发严苛的住房要求,施工单位力求兼顾经济效益与房屋质量,对施工的造价成本加以科学管理,在保证房屋质量的基础上最大限度的缩减造价成本,提高企业的竞争力。对房建工程施工阶段的工程造价控制常见问题及处理方法进行简要分析,以期能够为施工企业控制造价成本提供一定的帮助。
