丝杆驱动式无卡轴旋切机 ,由于其进给速度随着原木切削外径的逐渐减小而做非线性加速变化 ,并且加速曲线因单板切屑厚度不同而不同。仅仅依靠单纯的机械结构很难满足宽范围的切屑厚度的旋切要求 ,而且进给速度的变化规律也难以通过机械技术得到准确反映。数控技术的研究与应用 ,能够有效解决宽范围切屑厚度变速进给技术问题 ,同时使设备的操作与使用更加智能化、自劫化 ,借以提高设备的运行质量、加工质量和设备运行的经济效益
