本文通过分析珠江医院SARS快速诊断科技攻关的组织管理的成功经验,阐述了学习型组织在加强科研管理、组织研究团队、提高应对科技型突发事件的科学研究应急能力方面的运用,说明了精简的扁平化结构和团队学习在科研组织管理中的高效性,提出把学习型组织与科学研究相结合,组织学习型团队是提高科研应急反应能力的有效措施之一。
This article analyzes the successful experience of the organization and management of SARS rapid diagnosis and scientific research in Zhujiang Hospital, and describes the use of learning organizations in strengthening scientific research management, organizing research teams, and improving scientific research and emergency response capabilities to respond to scientific and technological emergencies. The flat structure and the efficiency of team learning in the management of scientific research organization propose that combining learning organization with scientific research and organizing learning teams is one of the effective measures to improve the emergency response capability of scientific research.
