事由:为制发本省优属代耕暂行办法由各专署、各县(市)人民政府:为确保烈、军、工属不因缺乏劳力而荒芜土地,影响生活越见,特根据中央人民政府内务部颁布之「革命烈士家属革命军人家属优待暂行办法」第七条规定,制定本省优属代耕暂行办法。茲(?)令附发,希各级政府遵照执行为要。此令。附:优属代耕暂行办法一份
