利用已设计的双电解质氢渗透传感器与电脑、恒电势仪构成电化学腐蚀监测系统,讨论了设备腐蚀渗氢扩散机制与监测原理。对于氢渗透传感器的主要技术参数,主要从氧化原子氢的电位、背景电流、灵敏度、信号的重现性以及使用环境条件等方面进行考虑。讨论了如何选取监测点,并对现场监测进行了合理布局。通过对现场进行氢渗透腐蚀监测,结果表明,设计的腐蚀监测硬件系统能够准确反映设备壁上逸出氢气的信息,能实时、在线、无损检测设备中原子氢浓度和设备运行状态,为设备的安全运行提供可靠的保证。
Using the designed dual electrolyte hydrogen permeation sensor and computer, the potentiostat forms the electrochemical corrosion monitoring system, and discusses the mechanism of corrosion, hydrogen permeation and diffusion of equipment and the monitoring principle. The main technical parameters of the hydrogen permeation sensor are mainly considered from the aspects of hydrogen atom potential, background current, sensitivity, signal reproducibility and the use of environmental conditions. Discussed how to select the monitoring points, and carried out a reasonable layout of the site monitoring.
