目的 研究小学生接种酵母乙肝疫苗后的免疫效果。方法 在辽宁省北票市各小学校选择一般健康状况良好 ,HBsAg、抗 -HBs、抗 -HBc3项指标均为阴性 ,免前体温正常的 7~ 9岁儿童 ,随机抽取 110名 ,接种酵母乙肝疫苗。第一针免后 3 ,7,12 ,2 4,3 6个月采血检测抗 -HBs。结果 第一针免后各次采血检测抗 -HBs阳转率分别为75 7% ,10 0 0 % ,95 1% ,90 7%和 87 5 % ,其中 2 4个月时抗 -HBs阳转率女性显著高于男性 (P <0 0 5 )。抗 -HBs几何平均滴度 (GMT)分别为 43 78,40 2 92 ,170 43 ,15 5 49和 10 7 5 7mU/ml,各次结果显示男女之间抗 -HBs滴度无显著性差异。抗 -HBs滴度分布仅在T12 时男女之间有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其余各次结果均无显著性差异。结论 酵母乙肝疫苗接种儿童具有良好的安全性和免疫原性 ,其长期保护作用尚需进一步随访
Objective To study the immune effect of primary school students vaccinated with yeast hepatitis B vaccine. Methods Primary schools in Beipiao, Liaoning Province were selected for their general health status. HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBc3 indexes were all negative. Pre-normothermic children aged 7-9 years were randomly selected from 110 children and inoculated with yeast hepatitis B vaccine . The first needle after 3, 7, 12, 2 4, 36 months of blood testing anti-HBs. Results The positive rates of anti-HBs were 75 7%, 100%, 95 1%, 90 7% and 87 5% respectively after the first needle-free and blood sampling. Among them, the positive anti-HBs were detected at 24 months Female rate was significantly higher than male (P <0 05). The geometric mean titers of anti-HBs were 43 78, 40 2 92, 170 43, 15 5 49 and 10 7 5 7 mU / ml, respectively. The results showed no significant difference in the anti-HBs titers between men and women. The titers of anti-HBs were significantly different between men and women only at T12 (P <0.05), and no significant differences were found between the other results. Conclusion Yeast hepatitis B vaccination has good safety and immunogenicity, and its long-term protective effect needs further follow-up
