[编者按]硬质合金高速滚齿新工艺,由北京第二汽车制造厂、成都工具研究所和上海材料研究所共同研制,最近通过了机械部技术鉴定,认为已达到了国际水平。目前,我国切齿技术比较落后,新工艺的滚齿效率比原工艺提高6倍,每万件齿轮可节省加工费用6600多元,节电600度和节油700公斤。本刊期望从事齿轮加工的技术人员和工人,能结合我国的实际情况,逐步实现超高速钢及硬质合金滚刀高速滚齿新工艺,为尽快改变我国齿轮加工的落后面貌而努力。
[Editor’s note] Carbide high-speed hobbing new technology, jointly developed by Beijing No.2 Automobile Factory, Chengdu Tool Research Institute and Shanghai Institute of Materials, recently passed the technical appraisal of the Ministry of Machinery and concluded that it has reached the international standard. At present, China’s gear cutting technology is relatively backward, the hobbing efficiency of the new technology than the original process to improve 6 times per million can save processing costs more than 6,600 yuan, saving 600 degrees and fuel-efficient 700 kg. This journal expects technicians and workers engaged in gear processing to gradually realize the new technology of high-speed gear hobbing of ultra-high-speed steel and carbide hobs in light of China’s actual conditions and work hard to change the backwardness of gear processing in our country as soon as possible.
