“Afterlife ” Generally divided into two types: one is to learn sleepy students, that poor academic performance but behavior is good students; the other is double difference after admission, that is, poor learning, conduct discipline is poor students. How can we educate the latter type of students? How can we transform them according to the actual situation of the students? For the fourth consecutive year, the author has been the head teacher of ordinary classes, and many students in the class have not achieved satisfactory grades.
