北京市密云县李各庄距离城里并不远。从密云县政府出发,约10分钟的车程,即可到达李各庄。一进村,路两侧便分布着别墅区。该村村支部委员田保春告诉记者,目前的别墅(包括正在建的),都已销售给来自北京市区和密云县的购房者。“许多县领导都来我们村里买别墅了,包括密云县政协副主席张文灵以及县人大副主任孙岐。”当记者质疑房屋外售可能存在法律问题时,田保春这样对记者说。
