注射半胱胺后大鼠下丘脑CRF和血浆皮质酮含量均明显升高,表明半胱胺可激活下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质(HPA)系统。实验组动物预先连续注射4天地塞米松造成肾上腺皮质萎缩,在停药后第5天和第12天分别给予半胱胺,所诱发的溃疡均较未经地塞米松预处理的对照组动物明显减轻,它们的溃疡指数分别为对照组的20%和19%(P<0.01)。结果提示,半胱胺对HPA轴的激活可能与其致溃疡作用有关。
