研究混合酶制剂对阔叶木浆的作用效果。首先探讨不同打浆转数下纸浆的打浆度、强度和白度的变化情况,然后用不同的酶对浆料进行处理,研究强度及助留助滤性能。结果显示,在PFI打浆转数为30000r时打浆度可达41°SR,各项强度指标良好。经过酶处理后,纸浆强度均有不同程度的提高,其中以酶51064的作用效果最为突出,纸浆的滤水、留着性能改善效果显著,另外酶UL可以提高CaCO3留着率到50%左右,滤水性和滤液透光率也有所改善。
The effect of mixed enzyme on hardwood pulp was studied. Firstly, the changes of beating degree, intensity and whiteness of pulp under different beating revolutions were investigated. Then, different enzymes were used to treat the pulp, and the strength and the retention and drainage aid were studied. The results show that the degree of beating can reach 41 ° SR when the PFI beating speed is 30000r, and all the strength indexes are good.
