职工语文教学要改革,这是绝大多数从事职工语文教学的同志的一致认识。搞教改试验,应当是有领导、有计划地进行。至于如何改革,还需要大家从理论和实践两方面进行探索。作为研究问题,可以各抒己见,这对于教学改革是大有裨益的。但作为日常教学,则应该有统一的要求,一致的标准(虽然因要求不同,条件不同而可以有些区别),一定要把日常教学与改革的研究区别开来。现将李首鸿致如鸾同志的信发表,以期引起关心语文教学改革的同志的兴趣,参加讨论。
The reform of teaching staff in Chinese is the unanimous realization of the overwhelming majority of comrades engaged in teaching Chinese. Engage in teaching reform test should be led, in a planned manner. As for how to reform, we also need to explore both theory and practice.
