安防企业近三十年高速成长的历程中,贴牌生产经营模式发挥着巨大的作用。贴牌生产为安防企业发展带来了不可忽视的机遇和利益。随着安防市场竞争的日益加剧,随着中国劳动力成本的比较优势逐渐削弱、产品的同质化竞争越演越烈,贴牌生产地位的弊端也日趋明显。如何有效地运用贴牌生产策略与品牌营销,及探讨安防企业何时告别贴牌时代,是安防企业发展进程中一个值得关注的课题。
