在我国公立医院整体管理体系中,人力资源管理占据着重要位置。在新时期的医院管理过程中,创新性人力资源管理工作的开展对于医院整体发展具有重要促进作用。所以在医院管理实践研究中,我们结合医院实际情况与发展需求,开展了人力资源管理创新研究,为医院整体发展的进行提供有力支持。
In the overall management system of public hospitals in our country, human resources management occupies an important position. In the new era of hospital management, the development of innovative human resources management plays an important role in promoting the overall development of the hospital.
