血栓调节蛋白是位于内皮细胞膜表面的一种糖蛋白,通过与凝血酶结合形成凝血酶-血栓调节蛋白复合物,激活蛋白C发挥抗凝,促纤溶作用,从而调节血栓形成和溶解。血栓调节蛋白还是维持血管内膜完整的内皮细胞表面分子,是衡量血管内皮受损重要的分子标记物之一,亦可能是脑梗死疾病的独立危险因素,血栓调节蛋白基因变异可能与脑梗死疾病存在关联,并可能成为脑梗死疾病的易感基因。血栓调节蛋白在脑梗死疾病方面的研究,对脑梗死疾病的预防,诊断,疗效评价,预后都可能存在着指导意义。
Thrombomodulin is a glycoprotein located on the surface of endothelial cell membrane. Thrombin can form thrombin-thrombomodulin by binding with thrombin, and activates protein C to exert anticoagulant and fibrinolysis, thereby regulating thrombosis and lysis. Thrombomodulin is also an integral endothelial cell surface molecule that maintains the intima of blood vessels. It is one of the important molecular markers for measuring vascular endothelial damage. It may also be an independent risk factor for cerebral infarction. Thrombomodulin may be associated with cerebral infarction There is an association and may be a susceptible gene for cerebral infarction.
