废PCB板高压回收处理装置设计成圆桶形,输入口设计成双曲面形状,装置设有两级均速板、一个电晕极、三个沉淀极;将废PCB板粉末由鼓风机送入回收处理装置,经过双曲面入口气流被均匀加速,经过两级均速板阻挡了大粒径的PCB颗粒,稳定了流场。废PCB微粒进入高压电场后,在电场的作用下,金属颗粒沉淀在第一沉淀极,半导体颗粒沉淀在第二沉淀极,绝缘体沉淀在第三沉淀极。通过正交实验,选取了最佳参数,收到了较佳的回收处理效果。
