作者等观察了苯并咪唑类化合物不同给药途径治疗小白鼠和棉鼠实验感染多房棘球绦虫及肥头绦虫(Taenia crassiceps)的疗效。小白鼠感染多房棘球绦虫的方法是每鼠经腹腔接种大约200个原节片和70个无头小包囊,于感染后22天开始治疗,34天解剖。棉鼠于治前3个月每鼠接种325个原节片和15个无头小包囊,于治疗结束后的第5大解剖。小白鼠肥头绦虫的感染是经腹腔注射10个包囊蚴,于感染后28~35天开始治疗,治疗后14~24天解剖。比较治疗组和对照组动物包囊的重量或幼虫容积和包囊的形态变化,以评价药物的疗效。
The authors observed the efficacy of different administration routes of benzimidazoles in the treatment of experimental mice infected with Echinococcus multilocularis and Taenia crassiceps. Mouse infection of Echinococcus multilocularis method is per mouse intraperitoneal inoculation of approximately 200 pieces of the original and 70 small capsular sac, began treatment 22 days after infection, 34 days anatomy. In the first 3 months, the cotton rats were inoculated with 325 pieces of original slices and 15 pieces of small capsular sacs, the fifth largest dissection after the treatment. Infections of mice with cephalothorax are via intraperitoneal injection of 10 metacercariae, beginning at 28-35 days after infection and dissecting 14-14 days after treatment. The weight or larval volume of the cysts and the morphological changes of the cysts in the treated and the control groups were compared to evaluate the curative effect of the drug.
