本文对上海市体操管理人员和教练员情况进行分析,研究表明上海市体操教练员年龄结构合理、学历结构有所改善,但教练员培养存在问题。
This article analyzes the situation of gymnastics managers and coaches in Shanghai. The research shows that the age structure of gymnastics coaches in Shanghai is reasonable and the academic structure has been improved. But there are some problems in coaching.
