渭政办发[2006]94号2006年6月27日各县、市、区人民政府,市人民政府有关工作部门、直属机构,渭南高新区管委会:2006年6月26日19时30分,富平县老庙镇秦鸿花炮公司发生一起爆炸事故,导致2人当场死亡。这起事故的发生,给我市烟花爆竹及易燃易爆品生产敲响了沉重的警钟。目前正值夏季,是烟花爆竹及易燃易爆品安全生产事故易发生时期,加之我市今年气温升高提前,部分县(市、区)6月份高温天气已达历吏上最高记录,高温、暴风、雷雨等天气因素也易导致事故发生,为切实做好烟花爆竹及易燃易爆品安全生产工作,避免类似事故再次发生,现就有关工作紧急通知如下:
