二十世纪以来,西方音乐凭借“西学东渐”而强势引入,其所附带的西方文化价值观以及业已形成的音乐知识体系,在新的音乐制度建立层面,无疑占据了中心的地位,并深入的影响着中国音乐家的音乐观,随之而来的本土音乐文化以及人们的音乐价值观都无一例外的发生着改变。赵季平先生的音乐创作正是处在这样的一个文化背景之下,他用一部部充满“中国民族音乐”元素的作品,传承着中国民族音乐文化,弘扬着中国民族音乐作风,体现着中国民族音乐气派。
Since the twentieth century, Western music has been strongly introduced with the introduction of Western Learning. The Western cultural values and the musical knowledge system that has been formed undoubtedly occupy a central place in the establishment of a new musical system. Deeply influences the Chinese musician’s view of music, the consequent local music culture and people’s music values all change without exception. Mr. Zhao Jiping’s music creation is precisely under such a cultural background. He used a work full of “Chinese folk music” elements to carry forward the Chinese national music culture and carry forward the style of Chinese national music, embodying Chinese folk music style.
