【目的】比较盐胁迫对棉花种子萌发的影响,为筛选耐盐棉花品种提供理论依据。【方法】实验设6个NaCl浓度(0(ck)、50、100、150、200和300 mmol/L)处理,对比了新疆南疆棉花生产中7个陆地棉品种种子萌发阶段的发芽势、发芽率、吸水速率和电解质相对渗漏率的差别,采用隶属函数法进行耐盐性综合评价。【结果】随着NaCl溶液浓度的升高,不同棉花品种的种子吸水量逐渐减少,发芽势和发芽率逐渐降低,盐害率逐渐增加。7个品种种子萌发阶段的发芽势、发芽率、吸水速率和电解质相对渗漏率存在较大差别。【结论】根据耐盐性综合评价值,供试7个棉花品种种子萌发阶段的耐盐性顺序为:中棉43号>军棉1号>新陆中20号>中棉49号>中棉35号>新陆中21号>豫棉17号。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to compare the effects of salt stress on cotton seed germination and to provide a theoretical basis for screening salt-tolerant cotton varieties. 【Method】 The experiment was conducted to study the germination potential of seven Gossypium hirsutum cultivars at seed germination stage in six Xinjiang cotton cultivars (0 (ck), 50, 100, 150, 200 and 300 mmol / L) Germination rate, water absorption rate and the relative electrolyte leakage rate difference, the membership function method for salt comprehensive evaluation. 【Result】 With the increase of NaCl concentration, the water absorption of seeds of different cotton varieties decreased gradually, the germination rate and germination rate decreased gradually, and the salt damage rate increased gradually. The germination potential, germination rate, water absorption rate and electrolyte relative leakage rate of the seven varieties during the seed germination stage are quite different. 【Conclusion】 According to the comprehensive assessment of salt tolerance, the sequence of salt tolerance in the germination stage of seven cotton cultivars was as follows: Zhongmian 43> Junmian 1> Xinluzhong 20> Zhongmian 49> No. 35> New Luzhong 21> Yumian No. 17.
