所谓公文缮印,就是指公文的誊抄、缮写打印、铅字排印、复印机复印等。该项工作的好与坏直接关系到公文的质量。从大量公文中笔者发现,在缮印方面存在不少问题,尤以如下三点更为突出,应特别引起办文人员的注意。 一、注意尽量不要出现“此页无正文”。 在大量行文中,“此页无正文”的现象时有发生。
