半世纪前,人们运用腹腔镜从卵泡中抽吸卵子。近20年来,B超引导下经阴道取卵术已成为辅助生殖技术（ART）中采集卵子的标准方法[1],这种方法与腹腔镜下取卵术相比更安全有效。取卵针的改进可提高获卵率,为克服卵子在卵泡内的滞留问题,双腔取卵针应运而生。双腔取卵针将液体反复注入卵泡,能最大程度收集卵子。2001年Knight等[2]统计显示,澳大利亚超50%的ART诊所在取卵术中行卵泡冲洗。
