本文对西藏拉萨市7—18岁藏族学生1965—1995年30年来生长发育的4次体质调查所获得的身高、体重、胸围3项形态指标资料进行了动态分析,并与全国学生体质调查资料进行了对比研究。研究提示:藏族学生的生长发育具有明显的年龄阶段性特点和性别差异,符合中国儿童少年生长发育的特点和规律;30年间,藏族学生3项形态指标均有明显增加,以较高的增长率迅速提高身高、体重的发育水平。但与全国汉族学生比较,发育水平仍较低,且青春发育期推后。
In this paper, the dynamic changes of height, body weight and chest circumference obtained from 4 physical surveys of Tibetans aged 7-18 years old from 1965 to 1995 in Lhasa, Tibet Autonomous Region from 1965 to 1995 were analyzed and compared with the data from the National Student Physical Survey Comparative study. The research suggests that the growth and development of Tibetan students have obvious age-specific characteristics and gender differences, which are in line with the characteristics and laws of growth and development of children and adolescents in China. During the past 30 years, the three morphological indicators of Tibetan students increased significantly, with a higher growth rate Rapidly improve the height and weight of the development level. However, compared with Han students in China, the level of development is still low, and the puberty period is delayed.
