绥化分局位于黑龙江垦区西部,水资源不仅有限而且严重短缺,该分局节水灌溉推广工作从上世纪90年代逐渐起步,1998年以后呈加速发展趋势。推广了旱田喷灌、微灌等工程节水技术和水田各类控制灌溉技术,现发展节水灌溉面积人33.1万亩,占分局耕地面积的30.1％。节水灌溉已成为绥化分局实现高效农业的根本途径。
Suihua branch is located in the western part of Heilongjiang reclamation area, water resources are not only limited but also a serious shortage of branches to promote water-saving irrigation work started gradually from the 90s of last century, after 1998 showed an accelerating trend. Popularize water-saving technologies such as sprinkler irrigation and micro-irrigation in paddy fields and various control irrigation techniques in paddy fields. Now, 331,000 mu of water-saving irrigation areas have been developed, accounting for 30.1% of the cultivated land area of branches. Water-saving irrigation has become Suihua Branch of the fundamental way to achieve efficient agriculture.
