海南省的知识产权保护相对落后,尤其是在商标保护方面,很多著名的景点或名称都曾经或正在遭受被抢注的厄运。本文从国际旅游岛建设的实际需要出发,以旅游线路知识产权的保护为中心,对旅游线路的概念及其可知识产权保护性进行了分析,并重点对海南国际旅游岛建设过程中的旅游线路商标保护进行了讨论,以期对海南旅游业的发展有所贡献。
IPR protection in Hainan Province is relatively backward, especially in the area of trademark protection. Many well-known attractions or names have suffered or are being misproned. Based on the actual needs of the international tourist island construction, this paper analyzes the concept of tourist routes and the protection of intellectual property rights based on the protection of the intellectual property of tourist routes, and puts emphasis on the tourist routes in the process of international tourism island construction in Hainan Trademark protection was discussed in order to contribute to the development of tourism in Hainan.
