现代教育学理论在强调知识传授的同时,更加强调能力的培养,因为“能力”是构成现代人才,特别是应用型人才的重要的要素。广播电视大学的专业教学一开始就把实践性教学环节和能力的培养放到了十分重要的地位,并且取得了令人满意的效果。社会舆论赞扬电大毕业生“留得住、用得上”的原因之一就是广播电视大学的毕业生有较强的实践能力和对工作需要的应变能力。
While emphasizing knowledge transfer, modern pedagogy theory puts more emphasis on the cultivation of abilities because “abilities” are the important elements that constitute modern talents, especially applied talents. The professional teaching of radio and TV university put the cultivation of practical teaching links and abilities into a very important position from the very beginning and achieved satisfactory results. One of the reasons that social media praised TVU graduates for their “ability to retain and use” was that graduates of radio and TV universities had strong practical ability and adaptability to their work needs.
