电子商务的高速发展使得物流配送中时效性差、规范程度低等问题日益凸显,基于便利店的电子商务配送模式可以在一定程度上缓解配送压力,达到双赢。文章运用委托代理理论,分别建立信息对称、信息不对称和加入监控信息变量三种情况下电子商务企业与便利店的利益分配模型,通过算例验证有效性,对实际应用具有借鉴意义。
The rapid development of e-commerce makes the problems of poor timeliness and low standardization in logistics and distribution increasingly prominent. The e-commerce distribution mode based on convenience stores can relieve distribution pressure to a certain extent and achieve a win-win situation. This paper uses principal-agent theory to establish the profit distribution model of e-commerce enterprises and convenience stores in the three cases of information symmetry, information asymmetry and monitoring information variables respectively. The validity of the model is validated by an example to provide reference for practical application.
