非公有制经济(简称非公经济),是我国改革开放后出现的一种新的经济形式,是相对于公有制经济而言的。它是指除国有经济、集体经济、联营经济、股份制经济以外的经济类型。随着我国的改革开放,特别是党的十五大之后,非公经济作为我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,得到了极大发展。非公经济占国民经济的份额越来越大,作用越来越显著。廉江市非公经济与全国一样,通过不断的积累和发展,已成为支撑我市经济发展的主要经济类型,发展势头迅猛,前景广阔。
Non-public ownership economy (referred to as non-public economy) is a new economic form that emerges after China’s reform and opening up, as opposed to the state-owned economy. It refers to the type of economy other than the state-owned economy, the collective economy, the joint-venture economy and the joint-stock economy. With China’s reform and opening up, especially after the 15th CPC National Congress, the non-public economy has enjoyed tremendous growth as an important part of China’s socialist market economy. The share of non-public economy in the national economy is growing and its role is more and more obvious. The non-public economy in Lianjiang City, like the whole country, has become the major economic type that supports the economic development of our city through continuous accumulation and development. The development momentum is rapid and the prospect is bright.
