现代项目的复杂性和施工企业之间的激烈竞争要求施工企业必须加强成本管理,改善成本管理的方法,才能在竞争中立于不败之地。本文通过引入挣值法这一科学的管理方法,以改善我国目前施工项目成本管理的方法和手段。挣值法作为一种有效的成本管理方法,值得借鉴和推广。
The complexity of modern projects and the fierce competition among construction enterprises require that construction enterprises must strengthen cost management and improve the methods of cost management in order to be invincible in the competition. In this paper, we introduce the scientific management method of Earned Value Law to improve the current methods and means of construction project cost management in our country. Earned value method as an effective method of cost management, it is worth learning and promotion.
