[代表简历]李永盛,1951年1月出生于上海,现任同济大学常务副校长,历任同济大学地下建筑与工程系地下建筑教研室副主任、研究生院副院长、设计总院常务副院长、土木工程学院常务副院长、院长等。1968年至1977年于上海隧道工程公司工作九年,之后入同济大学地下建筑专业就读深造,至1985年取得博士学位,为同济大学首届博士研究生之一。毕业留校后作为学术研究骨干参加了数项国家重点项目的研究,其成果多次获得国家和省、市的科技进步奖。1987年和1992年曾应邀赴美国明尼苏达大学工作学习计两年,从事博士后研究和合作交流,主攻寒区地下构筑物抗冻措施研究。曾主讲“钢筋混凝土结构设计原理”、“地下结构有限元解析”、“地下结构粘弹塑性理论”等本科生、研究生课程。1991年获得香港霍英东青年教师基金奖,同年由国家教委授予作出突出贡献的中国博士学位获得者称号,并享受政府特殊津贴。现任国际岩石力学学会中国小组成员、中国岩石力学与工程学会常务理事、国家科技进步奖土木工程评审委员、上海市建委科技委委员等职。李永盛曾当选杨浦区十三届人大代表,2006年换届选举时他再次当选为杨浦区十四届人大代表,并成为区人大常委会组成人员之一。
[Resume] Li Yongsheng was born in Shanghai in January 1951 and is currently the executive vice president of Tongji University. He has successively served as deputy director of the undergraduate teaching and research department of underground construction and engineering department of Tongji University, deputy dean of graduate school, executive vice president of Design Institute, Civil Engineering College executive vice president, president and so on. From 1968 to 1977, he worked in Shanghai Tunnel Engineering Company for nine years. After that he went to Tongji University for further studies in underground construction and obtained a doctorate in 1985. He is one of the first Ph.D. students of Tongji University. After graduating from school as the backbone of academic research participated in several national key projects, the results of several national and provincial and municipal scientific and technological progress awards. In 1987 and 1992, he was invited to work and study in the University of Minnesota for two years, engaged in postdoctoral research and cooperation and exchanges, and focused on the research on antifreezing measures of underground structures in the cold area. He has been teaching undergraduates and graduate programs such as “Design Principles of Reinforced Concrete Structures”, “Finite Element Analysis of Underground Structures”, “Visco-Elastic and Plastic Theory of Underground Structures” and so on. In 1991, he was awarded the Fok Ying Tung Young Teacher Foundation Award in Hong Kong. In the same year, the State Board of Education awarded the title of China’s Ph.D. candidate who made outstanding contributions and enjoyed special government allowances. Li Yongsheng was elected as the 13th National People’s Congress of Yangpu District. In the general election in 2006, he was re-elected as the 14th National People’s Congress of Yangpu District and became one of the members of the Standing Committee of the district people’s congress.
