本文旨在通过介绍天使投资的概念及发展,分析我国天使投资发展过程中所存在的制度性问题,提出加快天使投资的制度体系建设若干建议,以完善中小企业投融资体系,破解中小企业融资难题。
By introducing the concept and development of angel investment, this paper analyzes the institutional problems existing in the angel investment development in our country, puts forward some suggestions to speed up the system construction of angel investment so as to improve the system of investment and financing for small and medium-sized enterprises and solve the financing problems of small and medium-sized enterprises .
