面对的新课题第一,在管理体制上,社会主义市场经济的自主性在要求企业尽快成为“四自”实体的同时,同样要求企业党组织在围绕生产经营开展工作时,自主安排计划、自我协调管理,有目的的“自拉自唱”。过去那种主要对上级负责的大一统格局必须转变为从本企业实际出发、着重对本企业负责的新体制。当然,正如市场经济离不开国家宏观调控一样,企业党组织在围绕生产经营开展工作时,仍要按照中央的总体要求,不是自行其事。企业党的组织管理方式也应当据此加以调整。第二,在思想教育内容上,社会主义市场经济体制的开放性、平等性、竞争性、求利性要求企业党组织围绕生产经营开展工作时,必须丰富和发展传统的思想政治教育内容。根据市场经济特征对企业和职工影响的积极方面和消极方面的两重性,要求企业党组织采取相应对策。一是运用社会主义市场经济正效应,紧密结合企业的生产经营、市场实际和职工的思想实际,不断引导和教育职工解放思想、更新观念、确立
