通过电镜观察节普地尔与山莨菪碱合用对缺血再灌注大鼠心肌超微结构的影响。电镜观察到生理盐水对照组大鼠心肌细胞水肿，肌纤维排列紊乱，部分溶解断裂。线粒体肿胀，嵴扭曲变形。苄普地尔加山莨菪碱组细胞损伤程度较生理盐水组明显减轻，显示出良好的保护作用。
Effects of combination of Sopadul and Anisodamine on myocardium ultrastructure in rats with ischemia reperfusion. The edema of cardiac myocytes in normal saline control group was observed by electron microscope, the muscle fibers were disordered and partially dissolved and broken. Mitochondria are swollen and cristae distort. The degree of cell damage in the bepridil plus anisodamine group was significantly lower than that in the saline group, indicating good protective effect.
