糖尿病是由于胰岛素的缺乏或不足引起的代谢性疾病。感染是糖尿病的常见并发症之一,一旦发生感染则经久不愈。自1987年起笔者在换药过程中对5例糖尿病患者的感染伤口采用胰岛素溶液湿敷,明显缩短伤口愈合的时间,取得较满意的效果。一、方法 1.胰岛素溶液配制:4～16μ正规胰岛素加入3～20ml生理盐水。2.胰岛素与抗生素混合液配制:于上述胰岛素溶液中加入8～16万μ庆大霉素或0.5～1.0g卡那霉素。每日换药一次,后期可隔日换药一次。二、结果 5例病者中男1例,女4例。年龄50～75岁,均证实患有糖尿病和有久时皮肤局部感染。用本液湿敷治疗,感染均能在10～30天内完全控制,创口愈合。5例患者均
