学校是学生受教育的主要场所之一,有效的学校管理有利于优化学生的教育工作。小学校长是教育制度的执行者,也是管理学校的领导者和组织者,其管理能力的高低直接影响着教育质量的高低,也关系到学校的未来发展。因此,小学校长必须提升自己管理学校的能力。
The school is one of the main places where the students are educated. Effective school management helps to optimize the students’ education. The primary school principal is the executor of the education system and the leader and organizer of the management school. The level of management ability directly affects the quality of education and the future development of the school. Therefore, primary school principals must improve their ability to manage their schools.
