前不久,我随团赴温州考察个私民营经济。虽然考察的时间不长,但所到之处,所见所闻,都使我强烈地感受到温州个私民营企业思想观念的开放、机制创新的活力、发展势头的强劲。观念:思想解放天地新浙江的温州,原来是“三少一差”:人均耕地少(不到半亩)、可利用资源少、国家投资少(过去是对台前线,国家投资极少,基础设施薄弱)、交通条件差(山多沟多路不平,过去汽车过瓯江靠轮渡,1998年才通火车)。面对巨大的生存压力,在改革开放政策的指引下,温州广大干部群众以敢想敢闯、敢为人先的精神,大胆创新,大胆探索,创造了令人瞩目的经济发展奇迹,孕育了独具特色的“温州模式”。有创新的思想,才会有创新的作为。改革开放以来的温州个私经济发展史,就是一部思想解放史。二十世纪七十年代末,当全国各地还在为奋力翻越“两个凡是”的藩篱大汗淋漓,为真理标准的确立慷慨陈词之时,温州的一片
