以黄瓜品种‘鲁黄瓜3号’为试验材料,在穴盘育苗条件下,研究了灌根施用600、300、100倍液海藻生根剂对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响,以筛选黄瓜壮苗培养的最适施用浓度。结果表明:随着海藻生根剂稀释倍数的降低,根系生长旺盛。在施用300倍液时,幼苗壮苗指数达到峰值。继续降低稀释倍数,幼苗根系生长量和根尖数目增加则受抑制,壮苗指数显著下降。300倍液处理的幼苗根系吸收面积、根尖数显著高于清水对照,分别高出36.58%、133.39%,幼苗株高、茎粗及叶面积均增大,叶片叶绿素含量显著高于对照。灌根施用300倍液海藻生根剂,可同时促进黄瓜幼苗地上和根系的生长,是培育黄瓜穴盘壮苗的最佳浓度。
Cucumber variety ’Cucumber 3’ was used as test material to study the effect of 600, 300 and 100 times liquid seaweed rooting agent on cucumber seedling growth under the condition of plug seedling cultivation, so as to select the best cucumber seedling culture Suitable for use concentration. The results showed that root system grew vigorously with the decrease of dilution ratio of seaweed rooting agent. Seedling seedling index peaked when 300 times of liquid was applied. The plant height, stem diameter and leaf area of seedlings increased, and the chlorophyll content of leaves was significantly higher than that of the control. The application of 300 times liquid seaweed rooting agent in the root-filling can promote the growth of the cucumber seedling roots and roots at the same time, which is the best concentration for cucumber seedling cultivation.
