邮件查询工作是邮政通信管理的一项重要内容,它体现了人民邮电对人民的极端负责的精神。但目前这项工作十分薄弱,应引起足够的重视。去年元月末,垣曲局收到《山西教育》(一、二期合刊)时短少200本,随即查询。先后发查单、函电五十余次、时间长达六个多月,直到省、地区级组织检查才查明下落。原来是发刊局错拴袋牌误发某局,被该局二职工偷偷卖掉,严重损害了用户利益。假若有关人员对查单、函电的处理持认真负责的态度,问题就不会拖延六个月之久!查询工作跟踪追迹、不留间隙,订户利益、邮电信誉也不会受到如此大的损害,至今类似积压、延误查验单、函电的现象仍屡有发生,对处理问题极为不利。因
